These sprockets have two different sets of mounting holes. One set of four 3/8" mounting holes on a 2-7/8" bolt hole circle and one set of four 5/16" mounting holes on a 2-13/16" bolt hole circle. Used on Kartco, Road Boss, and many other brands. These sprockets will not work on Carter Brothers Karts. Strength, durability and reliability were key design points for global V6 major internal components. Weight-, NVH- and durability-optimizing materials were specified wherever possible. The micro-alloyed 1038V forged steel crankshaft provides maximum strength and stiffness. Sinterforged steel connecting rods offer maximum durability, while aluminium pistons with fully floating 24-mm gudgeon pins and polymer-coated skirts allow tighter piston clearance for quiet cold starts. The crankshaft sprocket employs durable, moulded-rubber "cushion rings" that absorb the noise of the camshaft drive chain engaging the sprocket teeth. A dual-mass flywheel with torsional damper eliminates gear rattle and driveline shudder in manual transmission applications.The engine employs a Teflon crankshaft oil seal, common across GM powertrains.

SPROCKET 5.25" BOLT CIRCLE. The crankshaft sprocket in this Timing Set is designed with three keyways.They allow for a 4 advanced, 4 retard, or standard camshaft timing. Align the crankshaft key to the symbol of your desired cam setting.
Check for clearance between the engine block, sprockets, and timing chain. Common interferences come from one (or more) of the following:
Slight block variations.
Worn cam thrust surfaces
Oil galley plugs
LUBRICATION NOTICE: Do not modify the engine oil system in a manner that will restrict oil flow to the timing chain .As speeds increase, the need for oil on the timing drive increases.
